Every curtain at The Jade Nest is measured, fabricated and installed by us — never outsourced. Wave fold, sheer, blockout; tailored to your window, your proportion, your light.
Bespoke is not a word we use lightly. This is what it looks like.
Most designers order curtains from a catalogue. We cut, sew and hang ours — which means the fullness, the floor break, the way a sheer layers behind a blockout — every decision is made for your exact window, not a standard size.
It's the detail clients call out on reveal day, every single time. Tell us about your windows below, and we'll come back with an honest, itemised quote within two business days.

Soft flax, up close
Both are made in-house on ceiling-mounted tracks with a precision wave fold. The difference is the cloth — we'll bring both to your measure so you can feel the choice.
Soft, honest, beautifully everyday
A soft flax sheer that filters daylight into something gentle, paired with a warm dune blockout for rest. The workhorse of our projects — quietly luxurious, endlessly forgiving.
Luminous, textural, herringbone-aligned
A sheer line voile that catches evening light like water, with a subtly shimmering herringbone blockout behind it. For rooms that deserve a little theatre.
A curtain is finished when the fold is even, the break is deliberate, and the light comes through exactly as planned.

Evening light through the wave
We visit, measure every opening wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor, bring fabric samples, and talk through layering and light. You get an itemised quote within two business days.
Your curtains are cut and sewn in-house at generous fullness, with hems, weights and folds finished by hand.
Tracks up, drapes hung, folds trained, floor break set. We don't leave until the light falls the way it should.
A single is one layer — either a sheer (soft light, daytime privacy) or a blockout (darkness and insulation). A double runs both on a two-channel track: sheer for the day, blockout drawn at night. Most bedrooms and living rooms are happiest with a double.
Yes — ceiling-mounted single or double bracket systems, included in your quote. Ceiling mounting draws the eye up and makes the room feel taller, which is why we recommend it on nearly every project.
Typically 3–5 weeks depending on fabric availability and the season. We confirm your timeline in writing at the measure.
Absolutely. Curtains-only is one of our most loved services — and if you later upgrade to a design project, you'll already know how we work.
A few details are all we need — number of windows, roughly how wide and tall, and the rooms they're in. We'll reply within two business days with honest pricing and a measure date.
